T R A I N I N G
Threshold is a structured process for life transitions — when reflection has reached its limit and movement is required, but forcing change would cost too much.
The work is time-bound, focused, and grounded. It is not therapy, coaching, or open exploration. Each level has a clear function and place in the sequence, unfolding over approximately three months.
LEVEL 1
CLEARING THE GROUND
Level 1 is for situations where life appears functional, yet something underneath no longer carries.
You may experience chronic tension, overload, or inner friction that does not resolve through insight. Decisions feel heavier than they should; vitality may be muted.
The work restores capacity by reducing internal load, clarifying boundaries, and releasing energy bound in misaligned patterns. The outcome is practical: stability, relief, and available energy. When the ground clears, life can move again without force.
LEVEL 2
ORIENTATION AND DIRECTION
Level 2 begins once there is enough inner space to relate to the future differently.
This phase concerns orientation rather than ambition. Attention shifts from doing more to committing wisely — in scale, timing, and responsibility.
Clarity moves from concept into lived direction. Energy once used to hold things together becomes available for movement that can be carried in real life.
FOUNDATIONS SESSION
All Threshold work begins with a Foundations Session.
This is a focused one-to-one conversation to assess readiness, clarify structure, and determine the appropriate level of work — if any. The session stands on its own.

WORKING AS A COUPLE
Threshold work can also be done as structured couple work.
When relational patterns, shared history, or joint decisions are central, working together can generate a form of intelligence not available individually.
Couple work follows the same principles: clear structure, time-bound process, and focus on movement rather than analysis or repair. It is not relationship therapy and not a negotiation space.
Couple work is offered selectively and always begins with a Foundations Session.
